View the value ($) of all pre-orders on dashboard

As a user, I want to see the total $ value of all pre-orders on my Pre-Order Manager app dashboard. This would help me quantify the value of the pre-order manager app easily as well.

Possible enhancements to this feature:
+ Month over month
+ Year to date
+ All time
