Bulk Edit Pre-Order Button Description

I have many items from different brands. It is too time consuming to edit each item individually to let the customer know how long the items take to order e.g. Ships in 1-3 days etc.

A bulk edit option would be perfect.

I believe this is already a feature.

This is NOT already a feature. You cannot bulk edit the 'Pre-Order Button Description'. For example if I have 100 products of Brand A and 100 products of Brand B, it takes too long to individually edit the description. And it takes even longer when adding new brands (I have over 500 products).

I'm pretty sure that if you go to settings you can input the description and it will be displayed for all of your products. I do it all the time. :)

The way you suggest will give a default description for ALL of your products, however the products I sell have different lead times e.g 1-3 days, 1-2 weeks etc I would like to find a way to bulk edit specific brands, and apply the different lead times in the description, without doing this individually.

I think it would be useful to include a variant-level customizable "pre-ordered item label" in this feature (currently only an overall option) - which would presumably allow for customized variant-level pre-order information to be included in the cart, order, etc. (e.g., 1 x Product A: Ships December 15, 2 x Product B: Ships January 5, etc.).

I also require a bulk edit feature for pre-order messages which is applicable to only a selection of the products, rather than across ALL products. Our product drops in different stages, month to month so need to edit these continually.

I think what we need is the ability to export spreadsheet and be able to find and replace easily.

For example, we have a bunch of new releases scheduled to be shipped today. However, they are late from the supplier. So rather than looking for each item and changing the button description for each one, it'd be fantastic to be able to export a spreadsheet, change the descriptions that need to be changed, and then import the file back into the app.
